CivilPark formally established in 2003 jointly by Suda Taleongpong (M. Eng., KMUTT) and Buddhi S. Sharma (M. Eng., AIT), is one of the leading multi-field design and consulting firm. Suda T. has rare  and unique experience of design of over 30 high-rise buildings (over 30 story) in Bangkok and oversea. Buddhi developed his professional career as software developer, promoter and trainer/technical support provider for  world-class CAD products used in structural engineering including international manager (Asia) for Computer and Structures Inc. USA (products ETABS, SAP200, SAFE), Robot Millennium (now under AutoDesk), STRAND (G+D, Australia), PROKON (UK). In addition he is the co-developer of Building Analysis as Three Dimensional System(BATS), ACECOMS GEAR, SYSDesigner, BridgeBOQ, EBCons (then, associated with ACECOMS, Asian Institute of Technology, AIT). He also practiced structural design, investigation & remedial measures in parallel. A perfect combination two professional with leading role in two key areas of structural engineers has been the primary driving strength and competitiveness of CivilPark. This is also one of the reasons for rapid growth, recognition and success of CivilPark since its establisment.

The head office CPI is located in its own office near Don Muang International Airport, Bangkok Thailand. The current key areas of operations include the engineering design/review/VE of high-rise buildings, bridges (including cable-suspended decks), industrial structures, ET Infrastructures, transport infrastructures, Wind, Earthquake, GeoTech, Advanced Analysis (WEGA) specialist services, etc.. CivilPark has designed diversified types of projects in many countries in Thailand and oversea. In terms of project uses, CivilPark has extensive experience in design of office, shopping, schools, universities, sport complex, performing art centers, banks, hotel, resorts, condominiums, statues, factories, environmental structures (WT, WWTP), etc.

Recently, CivilPark is well known for the structural design of the MahaNakhon tower located on Sathorn-Narathiwat road (next to BTS ChongNonsi Station), Bangkok, which is currently under construction and will soon be the tallest building of Thailand. CPI is also known for activities beyond traditional design/consulting such as leading promoter of application of BIM to real projects (one of the rare design firm with no dedicated Drafting Staff), R&D on WEGA, organizer of national and international events (seminar, TechnoTrips), publications, structural problem investigation & solutions, third party opinions on technical disputes/insurance claims, advanced dynamic-nonlinear analysis/review/verification, software development, financial/investment advices for fast-track/non-conventional construction methods (modular precast system, modern wall bearing systems, tunnel form casting, setting up of plants and production faculties, etc.)
