CivilPark would like to express our cordial thank to all respected guests, participants, supporting staff who made this event truly "ROSE". On top of all, the lecture of Prof. Poulos was so smooth, interesting, useful and engaging that participants were reluctant to leave the seminar room when the hotel management reminded the organizer three times to clear the room before 7PM (started at about 9 AM) for next event to be organized in the same room. The moral and financial support from various organizations (through registration fee) including universities, private companies, government departments and individual was highly encouraging. Oversea participants from Austrlia, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Lao deserve special thanks.
