The design and optimization of tall buildings is our key strength — structural engineering for over 40 buildings of 30 storeys or more, from early-stage concept to BoQ, cost estimation and site support, to US, BS and Euro norms. CPI was lead structural designer for Mahanakorn (77 storeys, 314 m) and Canapaya Riverside (55 storeys, 270 m).

New design, value engineering, independent review and structural health monitoring across a fully BIM-based workflow — from conceptual design to BoQ and cost. Our specialities include cable-supported structures and R&D-driven product development.
03 — Discipline
For cable-supported bridges and tunnels, construction engineering can be more complex than the permanent structure itself. We design form-travelers, launchers, transfer structures, deep excavations up to 20 m in soft soil near water, and the retrofit of complex heritage structures.
